Our Suppliers
Kickback Coffee
Our coffee is supplied by Kickback Coffee, a local coffee roastery based in Bollington. We use Eclipse which is a single origin coffee from Nicaragua. Kickback have a very close relationship with the grower there, ensuring the best quality beans as well as supporting sustainability and a minimum carbon footprint.
Bidlea Dairy
Our milk is supplied by Bidlea Dairy, a family-run Cheshire dairy farm with a herd of over 900 cows that roam the luscious green countryside of their farm and spend most of the year outside.

Our Menu
Our menu is inspired by a love of Mediterranean food. Our Speciality focaccia is homemade, in store every day and topped with a range of fresh vegetables and meats. All our panini and baguettes are freshly made to order and our breads are freshly baked each morning.
For those with a sweet-tooth, we offer a range of cakes and treats, including a homemade special every day!
